I would take it straight to the vets as there may be something wrong with it. It may be as simple as an eye infection (in which case the others could catch it) or it may be something wrong with the lid. Please make sure your aunty re-homes these kittens carefully - get the owners to promise to neuter them as there are so many unwanted kittens around. I am a volunteer for the RSPCA and would urge anyone with an unneutered cat, male or female to have it neutered please. We cannot cope with many more unwanted cats, please be responsible.
