Has your guinea pig actually got scaly skin as well? If so it may be the dry skin causing the dandruff. Otherwise guinea pigs can sometimes get cheyletiella (walking dandruff) which is an ectoparasite. Take your guinea pig along to the vets as the most effective treatments are prescription only. Vicky
