German shepherd I have a 2 year old purebred male shepherd and lately i have noticed a dark round spot on the middle of his tongue. His eating habits and play habits have not changed nor does he seem to have a lack of energy. However I have never seen this spot before can you help me as to what it might be and what i should do?
