I own three cats. One of my cats, on occasion, bites the other on the neck. I find small wounds under the cats fur. What is the best remedy for these wounds? I have heard that it is best to clean them with hydrogen peroxide and put Panalog or another antibiotic ointment on the wounds. Should I also give oral antibiotic such as Amoxicyllin to keep the wounds from abcessing? Any help would be appreciated. As this happens occasionally, I don't want to run him to the vet every time this happens unless the wound becomes infected. Regards, Kelly Naves
