I have a 14 month old Rottweiler bitch. She has been diagnosed with OCD from the age of 8 months when I had her ex-rayed. She has been on courses of pain killers and injections but things have not improved. My vet advises against any further action as he feels this will most probably improve over the next 3-4 months. If anyone has been in a similar situation and could shed any more light on this for me, as I feel pumping her full of tablets can't be doing her much good. Her exercise is very limited and having read all I can about this condition, I feel I am doing everything possible to help her but still don't feel it is enough!
