My German shepherd is 4 years old. He has been acting rather lazily and wanting attention quite a bit these last few days. This morning I noticed his stomach was making all kinds of noise. He is an outdoor dog and he does have access to wild animals such as birds, deer, etc. I wouldn't normally be concerned but the noise was constant and he was eating grass and he wanted me to baby him. Please give me some advice. If this is just an upset stomach is there something I can give him.
